ABOUT LASER TUBE CUTTING

In Industria Metalúrgica Pascual, with the aim of increasing our production stages and giving our customers a wider range of possibilities, we have added a laser cutting machine to our laser machines, a Trumpf tube laser of 2kw, very versatile, capable of cutting tubes of different materials, shapes and thicknesses.

Our professional tube laser cutting machine is able to cut even small contours particularly quickly, thanks to its Trumpf RapidCut processing, it also has bevelled laser cutting, which allows maximum quality to be obtained at angles of up to 45º, a powerful, fast and very very precise laser cutting machine, a new, latest generation machine where we offer professional laser cutting.

The laser cutting tube is a process that adds to our portfolio of services, one more possibility of gearing between different metal components, to obtain a complete final product, one more type of laser cutting that we integrate in the production, which adds many advantages in our productivity, since laser cutting fulfils up to 6 different operations in a single manipulation and a single work cycle.
